Shipping policy:
Dispatch time: Most of our items are ready to be dispatched within 4-7 days, allowing us to start the delivery process promptly.
Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 days after dispatch depending on the delivery location.
Payment: All payments on our website are encrypted and secured through reputed Payment Gateway. We do not store your Credit/ Debit Card information, or Digital banking information. All the payments are processed through our dedicated trusted Payment Gateway. In case of an unsuccessful digital transaction, if payment is debited from your account after payment failure, it will automatically be credited back within 4-7 business days.
Order Cancellation: Order placed by you can be cancelled, however we will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once the order is already shipped and is out for delivery. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any unforeseen reason. If there is any cancellation of your order from our end, you will be duly notified by us. If you have already been charged for the transaction, the said amount will be reversed back to your original payment source.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, there may be delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities, political events, strikes or other socioeconomic mishaps. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused in such situations.
Delivery Partner Responsibility: Please understand that any delays caused by our delivery partner are not within our direct control. However we will do our best to coordinate with them on your behalf.

Exchange policy
Product exchanges are available at zero additional cost exclusively for cases where a product is found to be defective, damaged or an incorrect item (please read our Disclaimer) has been delivered.
If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
To initiate the exchange process, please send us a video while unboxing the product to help us better understand the issue. Your unboxing video can be send to us on WhatsApp with ease.
We will arrange for a pick-up of the product.
Once we receive the product, we will initiate the exchange process and dispatch the replacement product as soon as possible.
If you have ordered an incorrect size for rings, bangles and items with multiple size variants, we will arrange for a replacement at a nominal replacement fees, subject to availability at that moment.
Please note that the exchange policy is not applicable for customized products.
In all the eligible cases exchange procedures should be initiated within Two(2) days of receiving the delivery. In all such eligible cases customer should return the received items, in their original condition with all their tags and original packaging. Your replacement will be processed after we receive your return items at our warehouse.
Return policy
We don’t accept returns . Products can only be exchanged as per the exchange policies mentioned above.
