1. Product Information: We thrive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information which may have occured due to human error or other constrains. In case of any discrepancies, please contact us for clarification.

2. Ordering: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

3. Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We do not store your Card Information, your payment is processed through our Payment Gateway.

4. Shipping: We offer shipping to selected locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Currently we are offering Free Shipping for all Prepaid Orders, and we collect nominal shipping charges for COD Orders. Please go through our Shipping & Return policy for more details.

5. Returns and Exchanges: Currently we follow Strictly No Return or Exchange policy after purchase.
   But in case you got a wrong product or damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement at zero additional cost.
   If there is a mismatch in size for rings, bangles and items with multiple size variants, we will arrange for a replacement at a nominal replacement fees, subject to availability at that moment.
   In all such cases you should return your received items, in their original condition with all their tags and original packaging. Your replacement will be processed after we receive your return items at our warehouse.
   In all the above cases, claims should be made within Two(2) days of receipt of delivery along with proper Videographic Evidence. Make sure you make an Unboxing video after you receive your product. Without any proper Videographic Evidence, it won’t be possible for us to accept your claim. 6. Damaged or tampered packaging: Do not accept any package if it’s visually damaged or tampered when you receive your article, simply refuse to accept the delivery in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property: All contents on our website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, are the property of Mehek Jewels and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai.
